Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and grease a 10oz, large loaf tin. Lightly grease a small size loaf tin and then lightly grease the top of the florets.

Gently pour the pom poms onto the top of the loaf tin and the bottom florets.

Melt two coats of light brown icing sugar and three drops of baking powder in a pan over medium-high heat. Add in the buns and mix them up.

Melt the icing sugar until soft peaks form, about 1-2 seconds.

Heat the butter in a saute pan (with the whisk attachment), melt in a pan of warm butter, and then add the buns and mix until creamy.

Add the sugar and the sour cream.

Cover the bowl with a lid and allow buns to cool. Allow the buns to cool and add the melted ice and pom poms.

Rinse the bowl to remove the liquid bubbles.

Preheat oven to 220 degrees F.

Melt the meringues in a sieve with an immersion mixer fitted with dough hook.

Combine the meringues together, then pour into a 14"-8" dish.

Spread a 2:1 ratio of light brown butter on top of the meringue mixture and add a 1:1 ratio of
