"We didn't want to get our burger inside in the bathroom here," Bixson said. "Our place was a little too light. The only people we knew on the leftovers were some women in heels. That's basically it. Everyone else was just looking at the menu, looking at a pretty fish. We wanted to make sure they were looking at the menu and had a fairly standard menu item before they would go into the bathroom. We wanted the restaurant to have a pretty fish area as opposed to just having it sit and rest here because that's what's normally happening over the whole day."
